Do you provide International delivery?
Yes! Most items can be shipped First Class Letter to Most countries. Heavier items may be shipped at different rates.
How do I return an item?
Simply contact us within 30 days of purchase to arrange for a refund. We are committed to 100% satisfaction.
What are the minimums for customized items?
One. We realize you may not want 100 stickers and most companies require a minimum. Whether you want 1 or 1000 of any item, we will accommodate.
How do I track my order?
Most items will ship via USPS. Decals are very light and therefore can ship normally via First Class Letter, which unfortunately does not have tracking. Heavier items will have tracking.
What if I need or want tracking?
Simply select another shipping options at checkout, such as First Class Package, Priority Mail, or Priority Express.
What are the delivery times?
We work our hardest to get your order out fast. Generally an order is shipped within 1 business day. Custom orders can take additional time and will be discussed with you prior to purchase. First Class Letter generally takes 3-5 business days to arrive. If you haven't received an item within 10 business days from shipment please contact us, mail does get lost.
